When do you start offering services?

We’re in pre‑launch now. Services will go live in phases. You can recommend your favorite pet service provider and start earning Nexus points when they do their first transaction.

Where are those services intended to operate?

We’re building a Europe‑wide network. Rollout will start in selected cities and expand organically based on community demand.

What services are included?

At launch we’re focusing on: Pet sitting & Pet walking, Pet training, Pet grooming and Pet hotel & SPA (board/daycare & grooming). More categories will be added over time.

How will it work?

  • Browse vetted providers by service, date, location, and rating.
  • Book securely on our site.
  • Receive confirmations and updates by email.
  • After the service, rate your experience and collect Nexus points to use in a following service/shop ordering.

How much will it cost?

Pricing is set by providers and shown upfront before checkout. No hidden fees and no need for expensive subscription plans. Platform fees will apply on the transaction.

Can I recommend my favorite pet sitter or other service provider?

Yes. Use Nexus Forward (our referral form) to recommend trusted providers, or send details via the Contact page [Get In Touch]. By doing so you are not only helping your favorite service provider but also helping the community to get access to it.

How do I collect points from the services transaction and how can I use it?

Is there other pet services offering projected in the future?

Yes we intend to evolve our service offering into different and new areas. You will be notified soon via our communication channels. If you wish to propose a service you really need, do let us know. We are here to provide a useful and helpful platform for the community.

What is the Adopt & Rescue program?

Our important program Adopt & Rescue hub is a free space where shelters, rescuers and pet lovers connect to help animals find homes. No fees or barriers. We also spotlight adoptable pets and run give‑back campaigns with our partner shelters.

Accounts, Loyalty & Subscriptions

Do I need an account to order?

No—guest checkout is available. Creating an account lets you track orders, save details, and join our community to collect Nexus points.

Do you have a loyalty program?

Yes. Our Nexus loyalty program. Full details here: NEXUS Program - ReWard and ForWard – WagglyHub. Note that when Services are launched points will be awarded and redeemed betweenthe e-shop and the services.

Gift Cards

Do you sell gift cards?

Coming soon: digital gift cards in euro denominations, delivered instantly by email.

Will you restock sold‑out items?

Often! We’ll soon enable “Notify me when available” so you can get an email when it’s back.

Orders & Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit and credit cards, including ApplePay and GooglePay.

Can I use more than one discount code?

One code per order unless otherwise stated. Gift cards, when available, can be combined with a discount code.

My discount code isn’t working. Why?

Check expiry, minimum spend, eligible products, and that no other code is applied.

Can I get a VAT/tax invoice?

Yes. Reply to your order confirmation with your order number and billing details.

I didn’t get an order confirmation. Did my order go through?

Check spam/promotions folders. If it’s not there and you were charged, contact us via our Contact form [Get In Touch].

Can I cancel or edit my order?

We can cancel or edit an order if it hasn’t shipped or isn’t confirmed yet. Email us with “Cancel/Edit + Order #” in the subject.

Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping fee is based on order value:
€0–€30.00: €7.99 flat fee
€30.01–€80.00: €4.99 flat fee
€80.01+ : €1.99 flat fee

How long does delivery take?

• Order processing: 1–2 business days (max).
• Delivery time: 1–5 business days depending on product and warehouse location

Note: Most orders arrive in 2–3 days.

Do you offer express shipping?

No. Our standard shipping is optimized to be as fast as possible with no extra fee.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to most European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. Duties/taxes may apply based on evolving local rules.

Do you ship to the United States?

No. We only ship to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Will I pay customs or import fees?

EU orders only: no customs or import fees should be charged to the customer.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link by email once shipped, or you can track it via My Account → Orders. Orders with multiple items may ship separately.

My tracking hasn’t updated—what should I do?

Tracking can take 24–48 hours to refresh. If it hasn’t updated after 2 days, contact us via our Contact form [Get In Touch] with your order number.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t shipped, contact us ASAP with your order number via our Contact form [Get in Touch]. Once shipped, we can’t change the address.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

What’s your return policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags. To start a return, email info@wagglyhub.com.

Are returns free?

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions. (Items sent back without first requesting a return won’t be accepted.)

When will I get my refund?

Within 5–10 days after we receive and inspect your return (timing depends on your payment method). Refunds go to the original payment method.

Which items are non‑returnable?

Final sale, gift cards, personalized items, and worn/washed goods (unless faulty).

My item arrived damaged or wrong. What now?

Email info@wagglyhub.com within 24 hours with photos and your order number. We’ll sort it out for you

Pickup, Local Delivery & Special Cases

Do you offer store pickup?

No. We ship directly to the address you provide.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find it, check with neighbors or your building/concierge. Then contact us within 1–2 days to start a claim.
