Cookies Policy

Last updated: 19 April 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how WagglyHub SRL ("WagglyHub", "we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on www.wagglyhub.com and the related Service. It complements our Privacy Policy, which describes how we process personal data more generally.

Quick access to your cookie choices

You can view, change or withdraw your cookie choices at any time by clicking the “Privacy Settings” link in the footer of every page on www.wagglyhub.com.

The Privacy Settings panel shows you:

·       the complete list of cookies and vendors active on the Service;

·       for each vendor: who they are, what data they collect, the purpose, the legal basis, where the data is processed, and how long it is kept;

·       a toggle to enable or disable each category and each individual vendor;

·       the option to accept all, deny all, or save a custom selection.

1. What are cookies and similar technologies?

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device (computer, tablet or phone) when you visit a website. Cookies allow the website to recognise your device, remember your preferences, and provide certain functionality.

In this Policy, “cookies” also covers similar technologies such as pixel tags, web beacons, local storage, and software development kits (SDKs), which serve comparable purposes.

Cookies may be:

·       First-party — set directly by WagglyHub; or

·       Third-party — set by other organisations whose services we use on the Service (for example, payment, analytics, or video providers).

They may also be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (which remain for a defined period or until you delete them).

2. Why we use cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

·       make the Service work properly and securely;

·       remember your settings and preferences;

·       measure how the Service is used so we can improve it;

·       support marketing and advertising activities, where you consent.

3. Categories of cookies we use

We classify cookies into three main categories. The full, vendor-by-vendor description (including data collected, processing company, retention period and legal basis) is available in the Cookie Settings panel on our website (see Section 5).

3.1 Essential

These cookies are strictly necessary for the Service to operate, including security, session integrity, fraud prevention, payment processing and basic site functionality.

·       Legal basis: Article 5(3) ePrivacy Directive (storage strictly necessary to provide a service explicitly requested by you), and Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR for any related processing of personal data.

·       Consent required: No.

·       Effect of disabling: the Service will not function correctly.

3.2 Functional

These cookies allow us to analyse usage behaviour and to measure and improve the performance, quality and accessibility of the Service. They include analytics, performance monitoring and usability tools.

·       Legal basis: your consent (Article 5(3) ePrivacy Directive and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

·       Consent required: Yes.

·       Effect of disabling: the Service will function, but we will not be able to measure or improve its performance based on your usage.

3.3 Marketing

These cookies are used by us or by our partners to deliver advertising and content that may be relevant to your interests, including on third-party platforms, and to measure the performance of those activities.

·       Legal basis: your consent (Article 5(3) ePrivacy Directive and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

·       Consent required: Yes.

·       Effect of disabling: you may still see advertising elsewhere, but it will be less relevant to your interests, and we will not measure its performance through your use of the Service.

4. Granular information by vendor

The detailed list of all cookies and vendors we use includes, for each one:

·       the name of the vendor or service;

·       a description of the service;

·       the processing company and its address;

·       the data protection contact of that company;

·       the purposes of the processing;

·       the technologies used;

·       the categories of data collected;

·       the legal basis under the GDPR;

·       the location of processing (including any processing outside the EU/EEA);

·       the retention period.

This information is available at any time in the Cookie Settings panel on our website (see Section 5). The list is maintained through our consent-management platform and is updated whenever we add, remove or change a vendor.

5. How to manage your cookie choices

We use the Usercentrics Consent Management Platform to collect and manage your cookie choices.

You can:

·       set your preferences when you first visit the Service, through the cookie banner;

·       change your preferences at any time by clicking “Privacy Settings” in the footer of the Service. This opens the Cookie Settings panel, where you can:

o   turn each cookie category on or off (Essential, Functional, Marketing);

o   turn individual vendors on or off;

o   view all the granular information described in Section 4;

o   withdraw your consent in full (“Deny all”) or save updated choices.

You can also manage cookies through your browser settings, including by deleting existing cookies or refusing future ones. Note that disabling Essential cookies through your browser may prevent parts of the Service from functioning.

Your consent choices are stored locally on your device (in ucString) for up to 13 months, after which the consent banner will appear again. You can clear or change your choices at any time before that.

6. Withdrawing your consent has no negative effect

Withdrawing your consent to Functional or Marketing cookies will not prevent you from accessing the Service. It will only stop the relevant non-essential cookies from being placed or read.

7. Cookies set by third parties

Some cookies are set by third parties whose services we use, such as payment, analytics, content-delivery, video and customer-support providers. Where this is the case, the third party acts as a separate controller for the personal data it processes through those cookies, under its own privacy notice.

The full list of third-party vendors, their identity, location and links to their privacy information is available in the Cookie Settings panel.

8. International transfers

Some of our vendors may process personal data outside the European Union or European Economic Area (EU/EEA), in particular in the United States. Where this occurs, an appropriate transfer mechanism under Chapter V GDPR is in place (such as an adequacy decision, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, or Standard Contractual Clauses). The Cookie Settings panel indicates the location of processing for each vendor.

For more information on international transfers, see Section 7 of our Privacy Policy.

9. Your rights

Beyond cookie-specific choices, you have the rights described in Section 15 of our Privacy Policy, including the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data, the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit) or the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, in particular when we add, remove or change vendors or technologies. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent version. The current vendor list, however, is always reflected in real time in the Cookie Settings panel.
